Shipping policy

Shipping Information:

We proudly offer worldwide shipping using the best available services. Please note that we require 2 to 10 working days, on average, to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured, we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 7 to 12 business days. Please consider that holidays, natural disasters, or pandemics may impact delivery times.

**For Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items:**

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any available items immediately and the pre-ordered or back-ordered items as soon as they become available. If you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your items, don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

**Tracking Your Order:**

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a mobile phone number is provided) containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package, visit our Tracking Page. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.

**Wrong Address Disclaimer:**

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct. While we endeavor to speed up processing and shipping time, there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@kaykayhouse.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

**Damaged Packages:**

In the event your delivery is damaged, please contact us promptly. While we strive to make it right, please note that we cannot guarantee resolution. Additionally, contact the shipper to work toward a resolution. Please be aware that KK House has no control over the actions of the shippers.

**Lost/Stolen Packages:**

'KAY KAY HOUSE' is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates delivery to your address but you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier using the information provided on our Tracking Page.
